River Rock Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of Daniela Aguilera to our leadership team as a Director. Daniela has over 20 years of supply chain experience, including international expertise in Latin American markets.
Prior to joining River Rock Advisors, Daniela held positions with multiple distinguished organizations such as Bosch, Moen, and American Eagle Outfitters. During her time with these organizations, Daniela helped strategically improve efficiency and reduce operating costs while increasing performance by employing quantitative analyses, leveraging best practices, and applying strong problem-solving skills and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) techniques.
She specializes in supply chain strategy, continuous improvement, inventory management, LSS, project management, demand planner and forecasting, and operations research. Daniela also uses analytics and data science to understand strengths and opportunities, unlock product and process capabilities, enhance forecast and operations planning processes, and help enhance the cash-to-cash cycle.

Daniela holds a bachelor’s in business administration and a master’s degree in strategic management, both pursued in Colombia. She also has a master’s in operations research and supply chain management from Case Western Reserve University. She also has an LSS Green Belt and a company specific LSS Black Belt.
